David C. Roberts, Esq. is a member of the firm Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. and devotes his practice to handling complex commercial litigation matters. His practice has a particular emphasis on chancery practice, including cases involving fraud, fraudulent transfers, partnership and shareholder disputes (including oppression and dissenter’s rights cases), trade secrets, and restrictive covenants.

David has tried several cases involving these and other issues, and also has extensive appellate experience.

Additionally, David helped found a charitable foundation, the Monmouth Beach Education Foundation, and currently serves on the Monmouth Beach Board of Education.
